Nells Park Hotel Trier

We had a wonderful stay at Nells Park Hotel. The hosts were very friendly and we even found some beautiful roses and pralines in our room, which was a really nice unexpected surprise.
Breakfast in the park was excellent and we've really enjoyed the beautiful and quiet surroundings of the hotel.
We will surely come back one day!

The food is simply great! Also the personnel is very friendly and often even thinks ahead.
We had a beautiful day with our children, visiting the restaurant with the huge park.

Great food, very professional staff and ambiance. The compound is nice and quiet. I loved the little lake behind the hotel. The breakfast was superb with a wide variety of eats and drinks.

I have stayed in all of the main hotels in Trier because of a very long contract assignment, this is definately my favourite for the following reasons;

the food is superb, the best I tasted.

the staff are lovely and helpful, speak perfect English and are helpful when I try to speak German (which I am learning very slowly).

my room overlooks a beautiful park. I like birdwatching and from the balcony I have seen woodpeckers, from the lakeside kingfishers.

The atmosphere is not corporate, it has more of the personal (Family), which I find appealing because the staff seem happy.

All of the rooms that I have in stayed at this Hotel (unlike the others) have been quiet, so important for me to sleep!

Walking to the river is about 5 minutes, the Porta Nigra half an hour. I like Walking, there is also the number one Bus which I catch if overloaded with luggage or feeling lazy.

They let me use a garage for my bicycle free of charge, which is great, this is a bike friendly Hotel.

Theres's lots more I like but I worry that the review will drag on, I am short of time. To conclude, I really love this Place and have to give it five Stars.

Still I have been only in the restaurant of the hotel and had a walk in the Park as well. All I can say is: fantastic place to escape from the noise of the town and very pleasant restaurant to stay. Highly recommend the Kraft Bräu beer they have!

McDonalds?you should never ask about it.they are always Good.But if owners are reading it, i'd like to ask them to deliver the burgers a little bit hotter and warmer than usual.it tastes better.although i know that they do it always fresh.but personally i like it really hot😅

Ideal location for a visit to the city; outside of everything busy, but only 20 minutes walking or less cycling. Spa was very enjoyable, as were the breakfast and rooms. Recommended.

Good place. Good Hotel. Clean & Tidy. If you come from abroad and you want to go somewhere, there's a bus station, right across the park behind the hotel. In the round about.

Pleasant people like Tina at reception, lovely location in the park, wonderful wellness & fantastic food.......ALL in one. We will definitely stay again

Great hotel to stay in business travell. For dinner I try a schnitzel and it was very good.

Very nice and comfy hotel neighboring public park, very well equipped rooms with balconies looking over the park, very tasty breakfast, recommending!

Very historical park with many types of beautiful roses especially in summer, rare species of birds and an amazing family of swan..

Best rooms hotel located inside park

With nature just next you, you can enjoy great cuisine in the hotel restaurant.......really great quality compared the cost.

Lovely location, nice rooms, decent food

Rooms were a bit too warm (no AC). Otherwise no complaints.
