National Car Rental

Getting a rental car can always be challenging. The hardest part is finding the rental counter coming from the train station. Once we found the signs with the car and keys on it we were off to the races. The representative was very helpful and got us into our car very quickly. The cars are parked within walking distance and it is very easy to find. The car we received was clean, and perfect for our day touring the country side. They do have an after-hours drop box and key pick up if you aren’t able to make it there during business hours.

These guys gave exceptional service after a long flight. Great customer service by very nice people. Only choice for me in Koln Airport.

Ich habe letzte Woche Freitag übers Wochenende ein Auto angemietet. Der Empfang am Schalter war sehr nett und professionell. Das vor Ort vereinbarte Upgrade hat sich definitiv gelohnt. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Die Rückgabe am Montag war ebenfalls super professionell und freundlich. Alles in allem TOP. Kein Vergleich zu anderen Autovermietungen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
