Bin jetzt schon seit ca. 2010 regelmäßig in diesem kleinen schönen Yoga- Studio.
Sehr ausgeglichene , ruhige und kompetente Inhaberin.
Komme nach jeder Stunde total entspannt wieder nach Hause.

Ich empfand es nicht angenehm, denn es war viel zu laut. Für mich war es kein " loslassen vom Alltag", wie es in der Ausschreibung des Kurses hieß. Da der Kursleiter dann noch auf eine Teilnehmerin wartete, begann der Kurs auch verspätet, dafür war er 20 Minuten eher beendet. Das verspätete Ankommen dieser Teilnehmerin war für mich sehr störend und auch unhöflich.

Der Kurs fand am Samstag, 14.10.2023 von 10 Uhr bis 12 Uhr statt. Den Namen des Kursleiters weiß ich nicht mehr.
