We purchased software and installation package from RPS three years ago. We went live over one year ago. We regret going with RPS. They are short staffed and often non-responsive. The product does not work as promised and the staff doesn’t keep their commitments on timelines and problem solving. We are a small team and not software experts which does not help us help ourselves. They had a woman briefly on staff earlier who was great and we made progress with her but since she’s been gone we are back to pure frustration.
Save yourself a lot of headaches and choose a different software company.
