The staff was very welcoming and ready to help. As french guests, we always found a way to communicate efficiently, either through french or english.

The swimming pool area wasn't too crowded and it allowed spending some nice afternoons. The snacks we ordered directly from the swimming pool were very good too and offered a very convenient service.

What a jem this hotel is. We usually stay in the franchises, but was looking for a spa resort and this fit the bill perfectly! What a wonderful staff, everything and anything you need, the staff can get it done!! You start with a nice bubbly wine in the reception area before being shown your room. We picked a suite in the villa, a lovely room with a separate tub and shower, heated floor, extra space and fridge. Robe and slippers for going to pool or spa. The onsite spa was very nice, excellent treatment. Great on site dining options! Lovely paved walking trails through the adjacent farms and vineyards. Walk up the hill and meet the horses. Don't pay attention to some of the negative comments you see, the casino is not a detracting at all. You dont even know its there unless you go looking for it. Some people just like to complain 🙄.

Facilities for this region are amazing.
The chef at breakfast is brilliant. Our room was so clean + housekeeping were so respectful and nice every single time! And most importantly they respected the "do not disturb hangout" in case you want a good night rest.

The pool and wellness area were also splendid.

Overall a very good experience. Food was delicious and always plenty of it. Drinks were always served with a smile. Waiters in the resto were always friendly en helpful. Housekeeping did there job. Our family room (2 adults, 1 child) was big enough (sleeping area and seating area), bathroom with 🛁 and 🚿 👍👍. Pool temperature was bit low. Spa was perfect 😊. Sauna 🥵. Relax and massage facilities 👍. Fitness area small but complete. If anything was not to our satisfaction it would be the pillows. Not enough support, even with 2 pillows.

We were there for a weekend and it was wonderful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our first day,we had our breakfast and it was amazing,everything was fresh. The juice,the bread,we also got our fried egg prepared before our eyes. For the dinner,it was stunning,the service was absolutly friendly and charming.
In addition our massage was great.
We had a really good time.
Next time, we will come for sure with some friends.

Really nice reception with a welcome drink and equally the check out is exceptionally pleasant.
The staff are wonderful - I was taken to Die Scheune by hotel car as i am disabled, and could leave my mobility scooter by reception. I appreciated all the friendly help I received from the staff during our stay, they were fantastic.

Dinning at Die Scheune has a lovely ambiance and reasonable prices.
This hotel is now one of our favourite places to stay on our way to Provence for our main holiday. We will hopefully return again next year and look forward to our stay.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel two nights and enjoyed the tasteful interior of the premises. We received a warm welcome by the staff (including a glass of sekt in the bar) and were then shown our room.
The dinner and breakfast were delicious (including the well tasting wines served with a different 'theme' each evening).
All in all everything held a high level - but the best was the service and the efficient staff.

Wonderful place to be. A bit expensive, than regular hotels; but totally worth the experience. Staff is helpful, services are great, restaurant and pool area are great. Everything perfect.

Our stay here was top notch. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful to any needs we had. The surrounding grounds are beautiful and I recommend taking a stroll around and even to the closest town if you have time. We ate at the German restaurant for dinner which was excellent. They also have a 3 star Michelin restaurant on the grounds as well! We plan to come back to ty that out in the near future. I really have nothing but nice things o say about this property. For the rate, you can't beat it. Highly recommend!!

We went there with a winter package and we had an amazing stay. The staff went with us to show the room, they were very friendly and gave us a top service. The dinner was nice (the in House restaurant) and the breakfast was simply better than our expectations. We will definitly go back.

Victor's Residenz-Hotel Schloss Berg deserves an excellent rating for their food, service, and lodging accommodations were exceptional. The facility is immaculate, and the front desk personnel were friendly and greeted us with a smile and a desire to assist us in any way. The hotel is located in the beautiful and scenic Mosel River valley within a short walking distance of Remich, Luxembourg. Surrounding the hotel are horse and cattle pastures with ample walking/hiking opportunities through the fields, orchards, and vineyards. Buffet-style breakfasts offered a wide variety of breads, meats, cereals, yogurts, tea/coffee, eggs, cheeses, and juices, all of which were of high quality. We stayed three nights and wished our itinerary would have allowed us to stay longer. This was a wonderful experience.

Victor’s Schloß Berg is a beautiful property in the Upper Mosel Valley. We had a two room suite with two full bathrooms and a balcony with a lovely view across the valley to Luxembourg. The room was beautifully appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The service was excellent. Breakfast was great. We dined at Victor’s Fine Dining by Christian Bau, which I would also recommend highly.

Good: 5* details everywhere, a delight for the senses. People generally want to please, well trained, will keep coming back for these two reasons.
Bad: No expresso/coffee/tea in the zimmer. This concept is not good, as a true 5* experiences gives the customer as many options as possible, including a nice expresso machine in the room. Tips from a traveler. Overall great experience, see you in a few months!

Very comfortable hotel on a quiet place. Breakfast is delicious. Easy parking and great facilities. Excellent option for day trips to Trier and Luxembourg. Great value for money.

Very nice place if you want a very quiet night- great value. Nice pool area. Great restaurant. Roman mosaic a short walk down road.

We had great time. Breakfast was perfect, as well as the other facilities.
It's a great location 'cause you are close to the Roman ruins, to Trier and Mainz. But also to Luxembourg and Belgium (Bastogne for example)
