Great car dealer. I bought a second-hand VW and it works fantastic. Some weeks ago, I had a minor problem (nothing important) with the car and they fixed it very fast without inconvenience, no complex paperwork. I only had to take the car to their workshop and they fixed the problem in only one hour. After that, the car looked even better. Great service and great staff!!! I will be back to buy a newer car in the future for sure!

I bought a new car (AUDI) at POTTHOFF in Hamm and had the luck to get serviced by Rudi Bieche. The sales process - from the first meeting to the purchase of the car - was managed perfectly. I can really recommend POTTHOFF, also my parents bought two cars there before and were completely content too!

In my case it was a car bought for an import, they took care of everything and they answered me with detailed information with an inmediaty and profesionality based on one of the biggest players in used car in Germany. Mr. Johannes Hoffmann, has been a perfect advisor with great patience, has been such a pleasure making deal with him and Kevin. Wish all people had this level and metodology of work.

I recommend it with all my heart! From the technical and estethical state of the car I bought to the friendliness of people there, everything was exceptional. Regards to Mr. Miklos Keuchel!

Dies ist das zweite Auto, das ich von Herrn Freyermuth gekauft habe und er war exzellent. Er hat alle meine Fragen beantwortet und die Kaufabwicklung war schnell und einfach.
Ich komme immer wieder gerne zurück!

Ich habe hier einen Seat Ateca gekauft. Mein Verkäufer, Herr Pür, war super kompetent, freundlich und hat sich die Zeit für alle Fragen genommen, die es brauchte. Der Wagen ist super schön und ich ein absolut zufriedener Kunde. Abholung war ebenfalls super einfach, ich würde definitiv wieder bei den Pottis kaufen!

Alles Top, Herr Gruse kümmert sich hervorragend um Kundenanliegen beim Kauf und alles was dazu gehört, trotz dass immer viel los ist und er ist ein VW Freund, dass merkt man. Bei mir war es ein Golf GTE. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen dieses Autohaus. Bis bald und weiter so.

Wir haben relativ kurzfristig einen Termin zur Reparatur unseres Tiguan/Bremsen bekommen. Die heutige Abwicklung einschl. Mietwagen war unkompliziert, kompetent, schnell. Die Freundlichkeit der mir begegneten Mitarbeiter im Skoda Bereich war. Mega. Ein ganz besonderer Dank fuer das Zuvorkommen, die Einsatzbereitschaft, die Schnelligkeit und die Freundlichkeit geht an den Servicekollegen Hr. Hoog.
