Very spacious, great variety of products. There are also special play areas for the little children, if you want to browse around in peace 🙂

Ich habe dort einen Reiseführer als Geschenk gekauft.
Die Auswahl war wirklich riesig und ich bin schnell fündig geworden weil alles sehr gut sortiert war.
Im Vergleich zu anderen Thalia-Filialen hebt diese in Bergisch Gladbach sich ab.
Auch die Auswahl an Karten war sehr gut und auch hier sehr ordentlich sortiert.

Es hat Spaß gemacht, einfach mal durchzustöbern.
Auch an der Kasse ging es zügig voran. Eine (!) Kassiererin hat das geregelt bekommen, war sehr freundlich und verteilte auch noch zum Einkauf eine Tee-Probe.

In anderen Filialen stehen meist mehrere Angestellte an den Kassen und es dauert länger!
Hut ab für Bergisch Gladbach!

Großzügige Buchhandlung mit großem Kinderbereich. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Hilfe bekommt man schnell und sachdienlich. Standort ebenfalls sehr gut.
