The Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg

Awesome experience in every possible way!!! I loved my stay here. Jessica at the front desk made sure any concerns were addressed promptly and without question. The room was beyond perfect, and it's so close to the VW museum which I really enjoyed!

I absolutely love this hotel. Modern, well maintained and wonderfully equipped rooms, wonderfully helpful and friendly staff and an amazing breakfast buffet.

Clemens Jesse has made our stay! Wonderful reception after haven driven for 7 hours. He is very attentive, positive and organizes things in the background without you even asking. In addition to leaving handwritten notes show attention to detail and care and puts a smile on your face. He walks with you to the elevator, it's just he small things you don't see anymore and I'm on the road every month at different Marriots.
Moreover, the hotel team works together like a perfect symphony and make you feel very welcome and comfortable. The spa and swimming pool is great and add to the experience.
The room is superb and the espresso in the room is another level (even though it's your typical Nespresso machine), maybe it's the combination of the coffee type and the water bottle high in minerals. The bed is super comfortable and we were able to sleep and catchup on our lack of sleep.
The only downside is the restaurant, I expected a bit more seen it is next to a Michelin restaurant, the menu was unimaginative, redundant, and overkill with random sorbets thrown in, that was a little disappointing. Don't get me wrong, nothing is bad, but also nothing is great. It just hovers around average which doesn't rhyme with the Ritz quality standard. However the burger and fries, in the Lobby are a killer and melts in your mouth , as well as the chocolate cake. Stick to the lobby or the Michelin restaurant but skip the restaurant.
Other than that, can't wait to come back and bring the kids as well. The general manager mentioned there is a nice treasure hunt and kids bathrobes!

It was a genuinely 5 star experience at The Ritz-Carlton Wolfsburg.

The rooms were just perfect - the size, the lighting (day & night), the bed, quiet air conditioning, to mention a few.

The pool was amazing and so was the food. Not to forget the location!

We're only looking forward to our next visit here.

Immaculate place. Nice restaurants onsite and historic views of VW plant. Staff is well trained to exceed in hospitality!

Excellent stay. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. The staff were very friendly and helpful at every step.

We arrived by car. There's a small parking garage but it had plenty of free spots. There was also free charging for ev included.

The rooms were squeaky clean. Unfortunately there was some mold spots between the bathroom ceramics but this was only a cosmetic issue.

The breakfast was very good. All the foods are delicious and high quality. The staff are eager to serve.

We had one very annoying issue while eating at the lounge bar but the staff reimbursed us for our trouble.

Never fails to deliver. Unfortunately, this time, there was an issue with the internet and the TV. Great breakfast and comfortable lounge. Tickets to Autostadt are a big extra. Thanks to management for hospitality and great service. Please add some USB outlets in rooms. After all, it is 2023 already 😉.

Great place to stay when visiting the Autostadt. Very professional staff and great rooms. Close the the train station (special hint: if walking from the train, cross the river and at the bottom of the stairs, go through the revolving door and head straight to the one on the other side, saves walking around the building)

With one of the most amazing pools I have seen and very well equipped facilities. This hotel makes the stay and visit in this historic city even more enjoyable.

Great hotel, the rooms are exceptional and the views are amazing. The staff is very nice and the outside pool is just awesome! The bar is also very good, I’ve had an amazing red wine recommended by the waiter. Recommended highly!

A very nice getaway with a great spa, well equipped fitness area, and spectacular restaurants.

Rooms are spacious, modern, and well-kept.

Whether the club advantages are worth it for you is questionable, though - the regular rooms are just as great.

Everything about this place and the team are 5 stars. It’s in the park so close walking to everything, food is literally Michelin star quality, views are phenomenal and the infinity pool is a rare amazing experience!

Arguably the best business hotel in Germany!

Being a frequent traveler throughout the week, I’ve had the pleasure to visit Wolfsburg and thereby the Ritz Carlton for the past months. And although the time from home takes its toll, arriving to the Ritz Carlton on a Monday night and being greeted by the fantastic team has given me a sense of having a “home away from home” for the past months.

The team, starting from the cleaning staff to the receptionists or restaurant managers, are all just so lovely and treat the guest extraordinary that no wish is left unanswered. Though a young crew, you can tell that the management is doing a fantastic job towards building their employees for a bright future in the hotel business.

Special thanks to Mr. Nils Lauterjung and his team, who really goes out of his way to ensuring my stays are always a great pleasure. Whether as a customer or on a personal level, the talks with him always bring a smile to my face. Such a fine, intelligent young man and exceptional and true gentleman that I would assume in these days is hard to come by. I surely hope, but am certain that his dedication and willingness to see his occupation as “more than just a job” will be eventually honoured - sooner rather than later!

Great view of the VW stacks. Breakfast is always fresh and the service has been fantastic. Valet only and the service has always been pleasant. The beds are comfortable and rooms are really clean.

Amazing hotel right next to the Autostadt and Wolfsburg VW factory. I was in heaven! Room with a view onto the iconic VW logo on the factory.

What can you say. Five star hotel with three star in Michelin guide. Top service and accommodation. For a car fan I guess is heaven with the park outside and showrooms. Spa is nice with relax, massage, sauna or swim in outside pool. And a cigarr room of course to spoil yourself.

We spent a great New Year 2020 at The Ritz Carlton - Wolfsburg. We stayed in a Club room, on the 7th floor, which was well appointed and properly cleaned. The hotel lies at the hearth of the Autostadt theme park by Volkswagen, through which you pass by when accessing the hotel. The hotel itself offers complimentary access to the park where you can enjoy pavillions with the many Volkswagen brands including vintage cars, Bugatti, Porsche and Lamborghini.
The hotel features a great spa and fitness area, with separate sections for woman and men+woman in the sauna and turkish bath area. The outside swimming pool is amazing, warmly heated and bearing a calm atmosphere. The only missing things is a Jacuzzi. Concerning New Year celebrations, although the dinner in the Club lounge could have been better appointed, the celebration party in the lobby was indeed excellent, featuring international DJ-set and free Champagne to celebrate 2020's arrival. What makes a property such as "The Ritz Carlton" superior is its staff, and Mr. S Kollhoff made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Thus, a big "thank you" for having made our stay even better. Would love to come back if I had the chance. A great remark was also the many perks we got during our stay: from a hand-written welcome letter, through complimentary bottle of champagne in room and sweet snacks for New Year.

This is one of the best hotels ive ever stayed in Europe. Design is awesome and the hotel is very new. Rooms are big and very nice. Services are very good, staff are very helpful and friendly. Will definately stay again!

Absolutely beautiful place. Everyone speaks English and is very professional. If you arrive with a car, you can drive directly to the main entrance passing a manned gate. The Ritz team will park your car for you at 5€ for 4 hrs. You can walk around the hotel (business lounge, shop, spa in the basement, various bars and restaurant) with great glass walls and beautiful views on the VW factory. The main reception has free water and apples available. We like to sit in the lobby and casuallt enjoy the beautiful view and local foods (Schnitzel, Spaetzle, famous VW Currywurst) or international foods (fries, burger, Bentley English Afternoon Tea). The Ritz is fantastic with emails and extra wishes and disability assistance dogs and dietary requirements (my husband is Hindu and does not eat beef or pork and they can substitute the meat for vegetarian, vegan, or turkey). Newspapers and english design / car books are also available in the lobby. On Sundays the Ritz does a Jazz Brunch. Due to the fantastic international service level I would strongly recommend staying / eating / resting here when visiting VW Town (walking distance) or the area.
