Es ist immer wieder traurig zu sehen, wenn Leute wie "Zhao JoAnne" über Google gerade mal zwei Bewertungen haben und diese absolut das Thema verfehlen.
Es ist leider so, dass nicht jeder perfekt die englische Sprache beherrscht und es daher auch oft zu Unklarheiten kommt. Leider schafft es Google scheinbar nicht gegen solche Bewertungen vorzugehen. Ich war gestern im Laden und habe mich mit der Verkäuferin unterhalten. Ich war zufällig damals dabei und kann bestätigen, dass diese Frau absolut unverschämt war und ihre Aussagen nicht der Tatsache entsprechen.
Die Verkäuferin ist freundlich und geht auf Beratungen gerne ein. Selbst nach Ladenschluss (UPS hat falsche Öffnungszeiten) öffnet Sie den Laden und nimmt Pakete noch an. Das machen andere nicht.
Dazu ist der Laden sehr gepflegt und bietet eine gute Auswahl.
Damit kann ich dieses Geschäft nur jedem empfehlen.

Wir sind dort öfters, die besitzerin ist immer nett und freundlich. Wir sind gerne dort und werden auch immer fündig

Geniale Idee um Dinge, die man nicht mehr benötigt, in Geld zu verwandeln. Besser als ebay.

I like this store. However the owner is not always friendly.

The Shop owner (assistant?) is VERY Unethical and hostile and I wish I could give 0 star!
There is a a 20% discount poster on the jewelry display box - when I selected the items I bought she tore down the poster and told me 20% does not apply anymore today!
Obviously she sees I am eager to buy and it is time to make some money so she dishonor the 20% discount. I did not argue further as the price is good.
When I saw a rhodochrosite necklace that was priced €5 I knew it was good price so I said firmly I want that. She went to google and told
Me she does not want to sell it to me anymore. I said you put it up for sale and I want to buy it why not? She said I have to think about it and whether or not I want to sell it and when is my business. Ok it is fair enough but the way she said it is so unfriendly as if I owed her a million dollars.
Finally I made the payment for the other items without 20% she threw the receipt to me! And I said I am gone tomorrow so I won’t buy it anymore but it is ok. She said to me sarcastically - thank you!
I want to say - you put items out in your shop and I identified good valued items
To purchase. I did not do anything dishonest and you don’t need to treat me like this! I am a tourist and I am fond of exotic items and natural
Stone jewelry times and therefore I want to buy it. If she finds she priced it wrong she should have told me nicely hey sorry I realized I priced it wrong and I can’t sell it now. I am so sorry. That would be all understandable as selling is a mutual agreement.
I am very offended by this lady and I won’t go back again even I can. She is very unethical and unfriendly. It is unbelievable in a day like today where it is the buyer’s market she treated her customer this way. I advise you against this for the dishonest way she did her business esp. the removal

Germany is not the world.
It is open for tourist and not all tourist speak German. You need to open up your mind as a shop owners

I did not assume things.
You saw I am Chinese so you remove the 20% discount poster. Will you do the same to a German? You are racist!

You saw I have found bargains that you did not know about, You said you are NOT selling it anymore. Because you realized you priced it wrong. It is your own poor knowledge issue you can’t price an item.

What did I do? I just expressed my love for the item with excitement. I went like this ‘ oh I love this! I am buying it!’ And that is aggressive? You just don’t like it I found a bargain.

I asked you if you don’t sell it now when do you sell? You said you have to think about it.
I said again I am leaving the city as a tourist - you said ‘thank you!’ Sarcastically and threw the receipt to me!

Who is aggressive? And will you do this to your German customer?

Yes I found bargains but you had them on-sale before I entered the store. Your shop is a second hand bargain shop. What do you expect me to do? Offer you double payment? Because I am Chinese? I didn't ask for any discount and I paid the price you priced WITHOUT the discount that you had on the glass display box before I entered the shop and torn off when you saw me buying those items!

God is watching.
