Hello everyone.
I was looking for an acoustic guitar for a while now, I was really not sure about which one to take or where to buy it.
After a lot research I found this shop, where prices are basically the same as any online shop.
The shop is really nice and workers there are polite and helpful.
Christoph Hill has attended me. He was really professional, helpful and patient with me (I took a lot of time choosing the guitar).
My German is not good, it was great to get all the help I needed in English.
He even played some guitars, so I could “blinded” choose the best sound for me.
I totally recommend this shop for everyone from any level you find yourself in. I am sure you will get the help you need.

With the help of Mark, i got my new axe probably the best one i could ever have. Thank you very much. Do not hesitate to contact them. They will return you shortly. I couldn't find that guitar in Turkey, even Ibanez dealer in İzmir ignored my request. I contacted Schlaile.de. I wasn't able to buy this guitar online due to customs. So we found individual solution and made a plan together, i went to shop and payed at pickup. They answered my every questions. If i want to have new guitar, i will check Schlaile Music House first. Unfotunately GAS never ends : ). Thanks again.

Awesome service from Christoph. Answered all my questions in a timely fashion. I’m from the states and come to Germany every year. They have the Furch Guitars that I love. Bought two this year. They have no problem shipping my second one to the states. Will visit every year. Highly recommend.

The collection is diverse, the staff are friendly and offer great advice, we went there just to have an idea of the available options, we received a brochure of the available options later to our address. we will definitely buy our next Piano from there.

I was looking for a new guitar for a few months and called into see Chris Furnis to get some help. Chris was really easy going with a great knowledge of guitars. His advice was top class and he wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase and not sell me the most expensive guitar.
In the end I opted for a Taylor 522 12 fret. Its a guitar you can play for ever ,sitting on the couch in front of the fire.
