ALEX Bremen Domshof

We stopped here for lunch and ordered 3 of the healthy bowls. What really stood out for us during our visit was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone we spoke to was polite and wearing a smile. The waiter who took our order was happy to switch to English when we struggled with our German. The food was tasty and served with the alterations that we asked for (one of us can't eat soy so they eliminated the edamame beans). All in all a good experience.

Price is lower compare to Restobar in the area. Staffs are also nice and friendly. The location is just located in the city center and just across the Bus stop.

We came across this lovely place on a Sunday, or rather it happened to us… 😅
we were just walking around and exploring Bremen, but the smell of fresh bakery products we picked up as we passed by… 🥐🥯🍞
We sat down without saying no when we saw an employee who came right away and the croissants we saw which went to someone else's table. they had a small breakfast style option on their menu. It comes with two croissants, butter, marmalade and coffee. 🤤
the prices are quite affordable… I have nothing to say to the location of the place and its beautiful view. the staff (at least the ones we came across) spoke English and helped us a lot. Definitely a place to go again! 😌

Its an interesting boxy design 😆 ... yet a rather large place ... multilevel and outside seating area ... nice location as well ... just the WC could get a bit more attention ...

First day of my trip in Bremen 17.08.2018
Alex was the first place to visit, we ordered Caesar Salad it was good. if the dressing was more it would be perfectooo, but anyways I liked the toast with garlic & parsley and the chicken breast was also delicious yummm.
The staff were so kind :)
I liked the place because it is in the center and you can enjoy watching around and it would be much more unforgettable when you sit with your soulmate :)

Went out with my cousin's and nephews, I love that place. No wonder why it is always packed. Awesome stuff and the burger was amazing

Its quiet and cosy. The food is good and the staff polite. However it's not really for young children since it's quite the the reputable restaurant.

A good place to eat and drink something. A cake with coffee costs 5 Euro with discount but employees don't check customers sitting outside very often.

Wonderful place to go for something to eat

This is modern restaurant serving not only German food also healthy food.
It is one of good choices if you are tired with meat.

Perfect services and with a menu with a variety of beverages, sweets and dishes with meat and fried or differently cooked potatoes. Alex Bar Cafeteria at Domshof has one of the most amazing menus in Bremen and in the whole of Germany. The employees there are quick and amazing. They serve each client really quickly. The view of the city centre is equally impressive from the inside of Alex and not just from the outside tables when they serve food, coffee and drinks.

Very nice! We even got a free dessert from the house!

Had lunch with friends here. Enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service.
Really nice views with good quality food and taste.
They also have lunch set menus which are value for money. Did not try that, but we are planning to go back soon to try out more!

Great place in the heart of Bremen. Very tasty wafles and milkshakes. Keep in mind that porsions in Germany are big.
