Very pleasant experience. I think it depends on the banking staff one encounters which defines our experience. In our case we were fortunate to be handled by a young, helpful and efficient member( Frau Ariane Maypoush )of the bank.
Although it takes time for an appointment etc I think for deutsch bank in personal banking is much easier than online experience so far. This is in our opinion.
