Janz Medical Supply has been absolutely amazing, especially Kacie and Amanda. As soon as I walked into the store, it felt like they treated me as if I was their own family. They are professional and actually took the time to know my needs. They always keep their word and follow-up with any questions or concerns they are not able to answer at that time.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and customer service oriented! Staff was able to explain everything in stock with extreme detail, gave tips for potential future needed items, and were able to give difinitive and detailed answers to questions. They made picking out a breast pump much easier and pain free than you could even imagine!

Janz Medical Supply has been absolutely amazing. Friendly staff that actually takes the time to get to know thier customers. We stop in from time to time to simply say hi and show off the baby to them. They have helped my wife with all her pump needs. They even worked with me to get my CPAP through Tricare.

Great customer service, they took care of everything. I chose a mask that was not working for me due to its design. The staff suggested a different mask which I was able to take home. They really take care of the whole process.

I am sad that I can give out only three stars but my last experience was just awful. I have been coming there for almost two years and have always, always gotten amazing service. However, last time I went, maybe two months ago the lady that was helping was just horrible. Everything I said, she knew better than me, she insisted on proving me wrong, would not help me that day, the list goes on and on. I could see that her coworker sensed I wasn’t happy with the attitude and she tried softening the harsh attitude but it left a very bitter taste. Almost to the point that I am considering not going back there and f I do, I will certainly not want to work with her.
