Dunkin' Donuts and Coffee

So we understand this place is good and sometimes bad. Well.. this time our experience was super. We went on June 29th 0800 and there were two ladies. They were super nice and friendly. I ordered bunch of different things and they made it happen!! 🌟. So when we see these ladies working passing by, we go and get a donut 🍩.

Best steak in Germany.

Good coffee and good service

I have been going to this Dunkin' for around 2 months straight now, and it's been good
Mornings are pretty busy, but the employees were making sure everyone was getting their orders out in a timely manner.

There's been a couple times I forgot my order recite and the employees have been helpful every time. Afternoons are way less hectic and orders come out wayyy quicker,
Sometimes they do run out of donuts at the end of the day, which is disappointing but most of the time there are a few donuts left near closing.

The inside has seating and the food is good, I think the seasonal coffees and donuts are good.

The wait time has improved in recent months to the point where it's often quicker (and cheaper) than Starbucks. Fall 2023

The workers are working hard and very nice. But there is some process that isn’t right.

Been there a few times now. Takes 20 minutes to make a bagel sandwich, coffee and a donut. I hope it’s a farm fresh egg then. Not worth the wait unless you go shop, bathroom and get a haircut prior to.

Usually I do not care, but I paid $11 dollars for a Latte Macchiato, with vanilla and wip cream and almond milk, but that is not what I received, I understand the morning are hectic, but handing me off a regular coffee is just not ok with me!! I love my coffee and it can make or break my morning!! At least could of tried putting wip cream, also I was given the wrong donut!!

Siempre me ha gustados Dunkin’ Donuts pero en este específico te puedes dar cuenta como los empleados odian estar ahí. Tal vez haga falta una reunión gerencial. / I have always liked Dunkin' Donuts but in this specific one you can realize how employees hate being there. A management meeting may be needed.

My husband and I had waited 40 minutes in total for one bagel and two donuts. There were three employees. I am very confused as to why there needs to be two people working on warming food and slapping cream cheese on one side of a bagel.
There definitely needs to be an improvement in finding the groove of getting food out faster.
Ex: pop 2 bagels in the oven, while those warm, pop donuts in bag, oven beeps, finish the bagels up, finish bag. Repeat process
Ex2: cue espresso shots, while they pull, fill donut order in bag, finish drink. Repeat.

Staff is slow and now they are forcing people to use the kiosks saying they “don’t do in-person ordering anymore.”

20 minute wait during non-peak hours for mediocre cup of coffee or old donut. Go somewhere else.

No shuggar, dirty seats

The slowest service I have received in my life at a Dunkin. Ordered 1 drink and a sandwich. 3 employees working, have been waiting almost 46min and numerous people before me recieved there stuff. 2 people were making drinks and handed out donuts, and 1 poor girl was struggling to make 100 sandwich orders for everyone. Asked how much longer the other girl said she didn't know. I suggested they help eachother that it may speed up the service for everyone...the girl responded "obviously if we could we would, we have to split up the jobs and there is not enough room at the sandwich station."...I have ran a Dunkin Dounts before as a manager, and I know better, so with that being said.... this will be the last time I come here...Dunkin please crosstrain your people and teach them to help each other. You have 1 employee who looked extremely stressed and lots of customers that looked irritated.

Had the same experience between the Grafenwoehr and Vilseck locations; slow. Both locations rarely have more than one person behind the counter and the service is mid at best. I’ve had to leave 2 orders due to time constraints even though I ordered 1 hour before I needed to leave. The most I have ever ordered was a bagel and a coffee. Disappointing would be an understatement.

The places needs Management Bad. Waited for over 25mins for a cortado and one doughnut. Thank GOD they don’t have to make the doughnuts. The new trainee was doing all the orders by himself while the three females were in the back gossiping. When I asked one of the girls that I’ve been waiting for over 25mins for one doughnut and a small coffee she said so is everyone else. I told her don’t you see the problem here all of you are in the back not doing your job.

Saturday opening shift, only 2 people on. They're criminally understaffed. 30 minutes to get the order which seems to be the standard. I feel bad cause the two people working are working as hard as they can, there's just not enough hands to keep up with the orders. Management has to do something about the under staffing issue.

Extremely poor service every time I come here. The employees are always concerned with themselves instead of serving other customers. Sometimes it’s like you’re not there. There’s no coincidence that the Starbucks line is always long even where there is no one in the Dunkin line. As fast as they came to Garrison they should leave.
