MARTIN DRUMM (Toyota- Werkstattservice)

I am an American and I have been using this Drumm Toyota repair facility for 3 years to service my older Toyota Corolla Verso cars. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! They are so tremendously honest and do fabulous work for a fair price. It takes a couple of weeks to get an appointment because of their loyal customer base, but I can understand why this service center is so booked, and they monitor the number of appointments to make sure the mechanic has time to do quality repairs. I sent my friend over with his VW for new brakes and lines, and he was also pleased. Their tires are also very reasonably priced. They do accept VAT forms for USAEUR plated vehicles. In the office, Joachum speaks wonderful English and is extremely polite and super helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this small, family-owned business that is connected to the Esso station in Theisbergstegen.

Hier wird Service und Kundenfreundlichkeit noch groß geschrieben! Vielen Dank an Herrn Drumm und seine Kollegin an der Tankstelle, die mein Auto (kein Toyota) "aufgenommen" haben, nachdem ich mit Reifenpanne an einem Samstagabend abgeschleppt werde musste und nicht wusste wohin. Mein Auto war dienstags schon wieder fertig - zu einem absolut fairen Preis. Vielen Dank!

So eine Werkstatt gibt's nicht mehr so oft. Hier wird nicht stur vor sich her gemacht sondern auch Sachen die nicht wirklich gemacht werden müssen sein gelassen und nicht berechnet. Man fühlt sich als Kunde hier sehr gut aufgehoben!

Nach einer kleinen Panne wurde mir prompt und unkompliziert für kleines Geld geholfen!
