Vita Smile

The hardest thing is to find a good dentist because the relationship you have as a patient lasts for decades.You can read many reviews, get recommendations or check the websites before you decide, but you can never know what you will experience.

The moment I walked into Vita Smile, I was welcomed with great smiles and high energy. All the team is very helpful and they make you feel like you are the center of attention. I mean every single person who works there are happy people with smiles on their face.The clinic is very clean and spotless everywhere. You can hear 80's-90's music playing very softly.The ambience is great.

Frau Julia answered all my questions (many thanks to her) and she came up with quick solutions.She is very friendly and helpful. She didn't treat me like a patient/customer, but more like a "person" which shows how much Vita Smile gives great "value" to every single person who walks into the clinic. It is very important to feel that value when you go to a clinic.

As for Dr. Rupp, his work is beyond words.He is extremely calm and gentle.I didn't even feel like I was there for the first time,he is a great and friendly doctor who you could trust. Instead of pulling a half gone tooth with cavity (which may have been easier for someone else), he patiently worked on it for more than an hour, saved it and in the end I had a perfect tooth which was identical to mine! He didn't just do a filling, he created a new tooth!! As a sign of respect- I told him that his work is like Da Vinci or Picasso art. I can't wait to see my smile after he's done treating my other teeth. So our family dentist relationship has started as of today until one day he decides to retire in the future :)

I am so lucky to have crossed paths with such a great clinic in Wittlich. I recommend Dr.Rupp to everyone. Anyone who wants to have a perfect experience in trusted hands, must get an appointment!

Dr. Rupp ist einfach ein Künstler, sehr nett und super professionell. Alle Arztheferinnen sind ebenso nett und hilfsbereit.

Ich bin jetzt seit 4 Jahren Patient und kann nur Positives berichten. Dr. Rupp versteht sein Fach in der Patientenberatung- und auch in der medizinischen Behandlung. Die Ruhe und Harmonie die vom Arzt und Team ausgeht, überträgt sich absolut positiv auf den Patienten.
Heute wurde mir notfallmäßig ein entzündeter Zahn gezogen. Klar hatte ich davor mächtig Angst; war unbegründet!
