Ich habe einen BMW 116d bei CarContact gekauft und bin rundum zufrieden mit meinem Erlebnis. Der gesamte Kaufprozess lief absolut reibungslos und war äußerst unkompliziert. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Fahrzeugübergabe verlief alles einwandfrei. Der Inhaber von CarContact war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Kauf zu einer sehr angenehmen Erfahrung gemacht hat.

Bought one with carcontact last month.
We havent received the car but we want to order the winter tires so we asked Patrik with the size and the details, he gave us wrong information so we have to buy another set of winter tires. Not stop there, when we want to change the winter tires, the security part to open the tires was missing from the box, we have to fix it ourselves. Luckily the garage has it, but we have to buy ourselves? Really strange and dissapointing ! We hope to not find any more difficulties with the car.

Véhicule achetée en octobre, fuite joint du pont/differentiel arrière en février : Le vendeur n'a pas l'outillage, voiture remorquée chez BMW : Pont/differential à remplacer et le vendeur refuse de payer la facture !!
