The owner is very friendly and speaks English. The hotel and its restaurant are 10 minutes walking distance from the local US military base, which is next to Grafenwöhr, Germany. 🇩🇪

Great place to get a very good German traditional meal. If it is Cordon bleu, seasonal asparagus or the mushroom roast-we love to come back here! Sweet waitress, considerate, quick, fluent English and always friendly!!

Wonderful staff and restaurant, do I bin dahoam. My American colleague doesn't speak German and I do, but it mattered not as they accommodate for both. I enjoyed my visit here and will visit in the future.

Place was great, nice patio set up and the steaks were amazing. Ask for a kids menu and they'll let you know what's on for them. Staff was nice and we're very quick

We had a great experience here. Our dogs were always greeted and there is a water bowl filled by the entry way they love. While eating dinner outside our dogs were brought a bucket of water! The photo is the complimentary breakfast!

The restaurant is an atmospheric place at the edge of the old town square. The soups, dumplings, spätzle and meat are fantastic. After several visits to Grafenwöhr eating at various restaurants around town, I can say that this is definitely my favorite. The owner is always friendly and makes it a great experience. If you're looking for delicious traditional German fare at a reasonable price, this is your place.

Loved our stay there. Staff was very courteous and professional. Were very accommodating to our pets, and the food was outstanding! Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

I had fish with asparagus in April, excellent! It's just off gate 1, very convenient. Preparing time was a bit long (20 min), but it worths the wait :-)
