Great gym with the best coaches! They really motivate you in achieving your goals and accommodate to your specific needs/situation, even pregnancies, like in my case, helping you to stay strong and active. Highly recommended!

Marcus have offered me incredible guidance in getting fit and losing weight. He has takes a personal interest in helping me achieve my goals and getting me mentally and physically fit.
He has extensive knowledge of developing personal fitness and has taken care and caution of any preexisting injuries or limitations and making them stronger without causing more pain and discomfort.
He's also great in getting you to give that extra bit when you think your can't do anymore.
Overall a great choice in personal trainer.

I started working out at MNF in August 2020 3 weeks after my second ankle for a fracture I sustained whilst skiing in February 2020. The coaches at MNF tailored every workout to my specific fitness goals whilst making sure they took into account my injuries and rehab program. Meaning they had to get creative with some seated workouts while I was still on crutches.
I am a ski instructor by profession and was getting worried I would not be able to get back on skis at all this winter. But at this rate I WILL be back stronger and fitter than before!
Would definitely recommend MNF’s amazing team of coaches!
