As a member I can only say that this is not just a gym. The follow up, the personal tips are really helpful.
It's also never too crowded, which helps you complete your training schema without issues.
Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome.

Seit drei Wochen bin ich begeisterte Kundin des Luxfit Kirchberg!!!

Das Training wird im Vorfeld individuell abgestimmt. Die ersten drei Sitzungen werden von einem Coach begleitet. Danach trainiert man alleine, wobei immer ein Coach aufmerksam ist und bei Bedarf die Haltung korrigiert bzw. für Fragen ansprechbar. Nach ca. zehn Trainingseinheiten wird ein neuer Plan erstellt, wodurch das Training immer intensiver wird.
Parallel besteht das Angebot einer persönlichen Ernährungsberatung, denn "Abs are made in the kitchen".

Aber am meisten gefällt mir die Atmosphäre und das Team!!!
