Unsere Familie war jahrelang treue Stammkunden. Leider wird es nach dieser Antwort auf unsere Mail nicht mehr so sein. Wir wollten zum 80. Geburtstag einfach 80 Glückwünsche für unsere Oma sammeln( gern auch mit Autogramm, Werbeartikeln oder ähnliches). Im Vordergrund stand aber immer der Geburtstagsgruß. So eine Antwort an zahlende Kundschaft zeigt, dass nur das Geld im Vordergrund steht und nicht der Kunde. Schade. Aber solche Unternehmen werden wir nicht mehr unterstützen.
