Ich habe eine Reise in die Türkei (Istanbul) gebucht inkl. Flug,Transfer und Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter am Telefon waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Bezahlung nur online über Kreditkarten oder Paypal möglich.

So einen exzellenten Service habe ich noch nicht erlebt.

Had to work with this agency to book travel for a seminar, they were the assigned agency from the seminar organizers. The level of customer service of this company is simply so low, that it boggles my mind they can be in business at all. Unwilling to take in any kind of requests, only able to do the basic stuff, the whole experience was a disaster from start to finish. I am very worried about our actual trip, as it still has to take place, but the service provided leading up to our travel (or better said: the lack thereof) is cause for serious concern.

Update: they might actually have gone bankrupt, or at least their German entity. Now all of a sudden the communication comes from the same persons, the same phone numbers, but a different company name, and located in a different country (Spain), although all their phone numbers are German. Now that only adds to my suspicion that there is something fundamentally wrong with this agency!
