Hello, As an Indian residing in Germany, I was looking into my possibilities for purchasing a high-quality amplifier for my house. I chatted with Mr. Misel of VALHALLA Audio, and he not only assisted me in choosing the right equipment for my home, but also guided with detailed product description.

Very nice and honest and valuable service. I’ve bought a High End Amp when owner was on holiday, but he still arranged family members for me to pick up the amplifier !

He also takes the time to find out what’s my wishes and explains very detailed what to buy and what not to buy, all via sms.

Ich habe online Lautsprecher bei Valhalla-Audio gekauft. Der anschliessende Export in die Schweiz war komplizierter als erwartet, aber Sam hat sich sehr bemüht, und schlussendlich hat alles geklappt. Valhalla-Audio hat gute Produkte zu sehr kompetitiven Preisen. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Bought a cable. All communication fine until payment has done. After that silence. In the endtheproduct arrived, but will not buy again inthe future.

Unreliable. I bought a cable there. After I transferred money, I heard nothing more. After repeatedly emailing only nice promises but no package. I have now contacted the local police.
