Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen...
Die Mitarbeiterin meinte uns in einem sehr unfreundlichen Ton zu belehren,weil unser Paket ihrer Meinung nach nicht korrekt eingepackt war.Seit Jahren versenden wir so Retouren oder private Pakete....Noch nie gab es Probleme...Ausser hier in der Filiale.
Wie schon so oft sollte man mit Kunden arbeiten können und auch wollen....Hier stehen leider sehr wenig Wissen und Unreundlichkeit In einer Person hinter dem Filialtresen.
