Fantastic laundromat, we had no issues doing our laundry here, although it was a bit expensive. The system is fully automated and works well. First, you choose your washing machine and load your clothes. Then, you can buy detergent from the payment machine and pour it in. Next, you come back to the payment machine, add more money, and choose the number of your washing machine. Press the start button and your washing machine will start the cycle. Easy!

Very clean and fully automated place. I was skeptical because of the bad reviews but to my surprise, everything went smoothly. People returned to their machines around the time washing/drying cycles finished and I spent roughly 1 hour 15 minutes for the whole process.
I used Buntwasche for the washing machine and it takes 43 minutes (6€), and the dryer always takes 20 minutes (3€). One drying cycle may not be enough for very thick clothing like polar hoodies, but 10-20 minutes near a heater, under the sun or even in a warm room will dry it out completely. Or you can wash 14 kgs of clothing in 2 machines, and dry them twice in one dryer (dryers are big but 15kg washing machine is more expensive and always occupied).

Completely self service and very computerized. Took a bit to figure out the German instructions and used the translate app!

Sehr ordentlich, gut beschrieben und schneller fertig als erwartet. 👍👍👍 Für jemanden, der nur hin und wieder waschen muss, lohnt es sich, anstatt einer Waschmaschine anzuschaffen, der Gang in den Waschsalon

Top. Sehr sauber; nette, ruhige Kundschaft; riesige Waschmaschinen, waschen 1A, Trockner top. Alles da, Tische zum Wäsche zusammenlegen, fahrbare Wäschekörbe, sogar Telefonnummer der Polizei (zur Not) :) hängt an der Wand. Einfache Bedienung, Preise ok.

Wir mussten heute Wäsche waschen. Der Waschsalon ist preiswert, sauber und übersichtlich. Sehr gute Lage.

Einfach gut wenn du keine Waschmaschine hast.

Sehr guter Waschsalon. Schnelle Maschinen :) Der Support hilft einem auch so schnell es geht, falls es mal Probleme mit dem Automaten gibt.

Pralnia jak pralnia. Wsadzasz brudne wyjmujesz czyste. Nic więcej nie trzeba wymagać. Ok
