STAY Boardinghouse Flottbek

The apartment is just above a bakery and a wine bar/cafe that has breakfast, lunch and dinner and is open late.
Nearby is a great supermarket as well, and ealking distance to Othmarschen S1 metro line and a couple of buses on Kalkreuthweg.

It was a great stay and I requested to change room and there was no issue and the effort to get it do me from the Landhaus flottbek team was very kind and understanding

Only when we arrived and unfortunately we where delayed due to flight cancellations ect we had some issues but the stay was making all forgetting about it

Please make it more clear for guests that hotel and stay boarding address is different and one km away ….walking distance arriving during the night you have to keep the taxi after picking up the key at hotel to get to the Appartements

Nice equipped apartments. Really great neighborhood. Good for short stay in Hamburg!

Sehr sauberes und schönes Apartment. Etwas hellhörig, allerdings hört man bei geschlossener Zimmer- und Wohnungstür nichts.
Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal im Landhaus Flottbek.
Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Ich kann nicht weniger als 5 Sterne geben weil es einfach gut ist… die Teppiche müssen getauscht werden ( das ist nicht schuld der Inhaber sondern der schmutzigen Gäste)

Schönes gemütlich eingerichtetes Apartment. Etwas nervig sind die Dachschrägen und der TV war kaputt, hat immer Mal neu gestartet. Der Wohnraum ist groß mit großem Tisch. Im Keller darf man Waschmaschine und Trockner nutzen. Bügeleisen etc ist auch vorhanden

Excellent location and environment.
But, the room was very dirty. The room was so dusty that we had allergic reactions. There was a lot of animal hair. We found cat food under the bed. I don't think it has been properly vacuumed in months. The staff is nice, but they can't do much. The house is a pass-through house. All kinds of people entered the room without prior notice. I don't recommend it!

The area is good and the apartment is good BUT. Extremely noisy from the up floor (you can literally hear the morning alarm of the neighbor upstairs) extremely noisy from the bar restaurant café downstairs , the apartment smells like a kitchen, I guess all the fumes that comes from the restaurant. Wi-Fi is terrible and I could continue to list the number of annoying things in this place. Yes it is quite if you close ALL the windows! But if it's June almost and weather is wonderful then you are in trouble. I came for working business trip for 2 weeks and I'm close to move out for what it costs not worth it more than a weekend.

Teppich roch trotz mehrfacher Reinigung nach Haustier.
Toilettenbecken haben gestunken.

Seit unserem Aufenthalt fehlten Kleidungsstücke und Papiere.
Natürlich können wir alles verlegt haben und dürfen niemanden verdächtigen.... Ist trotzdem schon merkwürdig.
Kosten für die Unterkünfte sind zu hoch.
