Ich liebe meine Yoga Stunden bei Kati. Es macht riesigen Spaß. Fordernd aber immer mit alternativen Übungen falls es einem persönlich zu schwer ist oder man aufgrund von Vorerkrankungen oder Verletzungen bestimmte Übungen nicht machen sollte oder kann.
Es gibt auch Kinder- oder Yoga für Schwangere… Im Zentrum für Yoga und Sport ist meiner Ansicht nach für jeden etwas dabei.
Ich finde die Atmosphäre vor Ort auch unglaublich familiär und professionell.

Fritzlar is a small town in the Schwalm-Eder district in northern Hesse, Germany, 160 km north of Frankfurt, with a storied history.
