Went in for a new fridge and had a fantastic experience. Hassle-free and easy to navigate the store, and the staff was very helpful. I speak German, but I have noticed/overheard staff and management speaking with Americans in English. The BEST part: delivery. That is, they came when they were scheduled to be there and the two young men that brought the fridge were friendly and cheerful.

This was my first big purchase at MediaMarkt and it was a great experience! Herr Schulze at the Kaiserslautern Hohenecke Str. Location was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave great advice and helped us with the VAT form process. He was very quick and seemed extremely knowledgeable. There was also a woman at customer service who was great and friendly. I did not get her name, but she had long blonde hair and arm tatoos. Overall a great experience. I will only go to this store for any electronics purchases!

Media Mart is like Best Buy. Everyone spoke English and very friendly.

Great selection and helpful staff they speak English very good as well. If you have a VAT tax free form, shopping here is actually cheaper than buying things in the states.

I went into Media Market a few weeks back to pick up some items for my apartment. I was assisted by Fabienne Ginkel and she went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. She helped me pick out a vacuum, juicer and blender. She knew details about each product and was able to easily process a VAT form for me. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She made a kind of overwhelming situation very easy for me. Thank you Fabienne for your kindness.

Great place. The staff here offers help, not like at Saturn. Some of the contract workers need to tone down their sales talk abit, they aren't used car dealers.

Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is also COVID-19 restrictions compliant requiring an appointment for entry but making it easy to obtain the appointment. The store has a wide selection I haven't been throughout the entire store only what I needed, the price are reasonable though. I will be back!!

Great customer Service .. Mr. Moser was the best salesman .. he was knowledgeable , friendly and professional . We got a few items ( Oven, washer and Dryer) and we are very pleased with the quality of the machines.

We stopped here on the search for a cricut, or plotter machine...sadly, they stopped selling them about two years ago. Bummer for us. We did get great service, however. A lot of the employees here also speak English...a plus for anyone, who doesn't speak German.

Media Markt is the American equivalent to Fry's Electronics. This electronics store will have basically everything you need from appliances, computers, TVs, and internet.

They have an extensive gaming section that has keyboards, mice, and headsets that are on display so that you can get a feel for them.

They also have most major US brands like Corsair and ASUS. You can also find European brands as well, but I'm not sure about the quality of those brands.

Most of the staff knows enough English to be able to help with your purchases!

Overall pretty clean. Good variety of products to choose from!

This place is like Beat Buy in the US. Has all electronics you can think of. Staff is helpful answered all questions we had and help you find items you need. Highly recommend.

A nice store with a wide variety of electronics, from audio / video stuff, to computers, mobile phones, and home appliances. They take VAT forms too, which is always nice as an American expat.

Excellent media market conveniently located in Kaiserslautern. They dont have as much out in some departments as other locations may, but they will find it for you. I was looking for a canon camera lens that was on sale, and the gentleman helping me spent almost 20 minutes looking for it before he found me one, because they were not in the case where they should have been. I definitely left happy.

If you are in need of electronics, and are looking for the right place, go no further. They stock many different types of electronics and they are very helpful. They assisted me in finding an obscure piece of equipment, and they even matched their online price, which saved 13 Euros.

Great electronics store very similar to Saturn. Great selection of household appliances, audio/video, and gaming/PC Parts. Very helpful staff as well that speak English and German.

Went to buy a car radio. I got help within seconds of being there. Representative was knowledgeable. Bought radio and left. Took about 7 minutes total.

Nice huge shop, I think the Sky guy should slow down a bit, but If you want nice offer from Sky and you want to save 200eur becouse you want buy new PS4 ,then this is corect place
