I do not write lots of reviews, but when I do, then there is smth to say. Firstly, their homepage looks outdated. Secondly, I have have yet to see better customer support than they have to offer. Good and quick respons, positive communication. I do highly recommend them!

Purchased some cycle clothing delivered to UK - overall a pleasant experience. Phone calls are answered in a sensible manner, quick dispatch, good delivery partners, received in two days. I'm sure there wouldn't be any issues with a return, but I don't need one! Happy customer!

I was struggling to find UK stock for a new frame but came across Bike-Online shop in Germany. I'd found the bike frame I wanted but had lots of questions, the staff were great and responded very quickly to all my queries. I had an issue with payment which was quickly resolved. Looking forward to receiving my new frame. I would buy from them again.

Tim and team were fantastic. Ordered a Giant Revolt Advanced and aftermarket Quark power meter and crankset. Tim made sure I understood that I would need some extra parts to make things work together (different chainring, etc.) and offered to get me what was needed and do the work. Great service: honest, helpful, prompt and professional.

I bought a road bike with 40% discount at a Sunday. The bike was already shipped on Monday, and received in Denmark by Wednesday. Furthermore, as my purchase exceeded more than 99 €, I received the shipping for free!
The actual shipment went smooth and without any problems. The frame had no scratches, all parts were well protected and breaks/gears were all setup and ready to go.
I have a friend who took the same deal, bought the same day, but with a different delivery address. He also received his bike by Wednesday, in the same good conditions as my own.

Besides the product and super strong deals available on their website, the customer service I experienced was superb. They reply your questions over email almost instantly, and are ready to help with any questions you might have. Not only about products, but also biking knowledge in general.

Dealing with this shop is always pleasant experience. I completed two large purchases and both times received superb customer service from very knowledgeable and accommodating staff (thank you Robert, Christian and others). I received my first bike purchased from this shop in the fall of 2016 within few days of placing the order. The staff was willing to accommodate my request for some specific parts to be swapped on the bike. The bike was packed professionally and was running true straight out of the box. I had no hesitation of going back to purchase a second bike from them. Great customer service, super competitive pricing on top of the line merchandise, not sure what else one can ask for. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone (which I often do to all my cycling friends)!

After almost buying my ebike from another supplier I was pleased to stumble across Bike-Onlineshop. Not only were their prices lower but the bike that I wanted had more accessories and their communication was excellent. At the time of order I was told that, due to the pandemic restrictions, delivery could take anywhere up to 15 working days so I was absolutley blown away when it arrived 4 days later! (And I live in south western France!)

Bought a Giant Fathom e+ 2 Pro. The bike was delivered in Norway after some delays in the logistics. However the bike was really nicely put together and all areas that could be damaged during transport had been patched. Highly recommended!
