Lufthansa Senator Café

Lovely Italian-style cafe for Senators / Gold Card holders. I just had breakfast: barista-served cappuccino, fresh orange juice, yogurt and granola with fresh fruit. There was also eggs and croissants. No toilets inside the lounge!!!!!

The 'in' crowd at Munich Airport hang out at the ex-First Class Lounge when Terminal 2 was just a modest operation. The Senator Café is a strictly Lufthansa lounge principally serving Senator Miles & More frequent fliers. Star Alliance Gold frequent fliers may make use of the café during off-peak periods. This is still the most conveniently located lounge in Terminal 2 with a fantastic dedicated service team. But don't forget: in the Munich hub Lufthansa (NOT Star Alliance) offer only departure lounges. Arrival passengers seeking a lounge are advised to book a connection or other entry voucher in order to gain access. Arrival boarding passes are not sufficient to justify lounge access.

Nice little cafe with good drinks and decent snacks. Finally open again after the pandemic closure. Since many years I prefer this tiny Lufthansa cafe compared to all the other Senator lounges at MUC airport.

Konnte heute Wieder einmal die Ruhe am Münchner Flughafen genießen und das Senator Café super nettes Personal ruhig und ein top Service mit leckeren Snacks

Sehr gute italienische Häppchen. Auch leckere Frucht-Drinks.
Leider sind die Räumlichkeiten etwas klein. Mein Favorit unter allen LH Lounges.

Ich mag das Senator Café, es ist ein schöner Aufenthaltsort mit kurzem layover oder Delay usw.
Alles schick und lecker.

Tolles Konzept und herausragende Lounge. Exzellente Abwechslung zu den anderen Senator Lounges. Immer wieder schön zu besuchen.

Tolle kleine Lounge. Perfekt für einen Kaffee. Meist gibt es sehr schöne leckere Snacks oder Kuchen.

Meine absolute Lieblings-Lounge - tolles Angebot, sehr freundliches Personal und Ruhe um zu arbeiten. Sehr gelungen, bravo!

Cozy, cute Senator Cafe in Munich International airport - the food is fine, I like that they have smoothies and offer some variety in comparison to the business lounge, but there is one major problem they don’t have toilets inside the lounge so one has to go and use the public airport washroom - I normally go to the business lounge washroom incase I need, it’s opposite to senator lounge- it’s a little inconvenient…

Meist entspannte Alternative zur vollen Senator Lounge. Und guter Kaffee mal nicht aus dem WMF Vollautomaten.

The Senator Café was my favorite „lounge“ at Munich airport. It’s tiny and has a full-stocked coffee bar. The quality of food and beverages used to be better than in the other lounges - but this unfortunately this changed with the Pandemic. That’s why I only can give 3 stars.

Uns wurde am 17.11 um ca. 10:35 Uhr der Zugang verwehrt, obwohl wir ein LH Ticket in C + Amex Platinum hatten. Die Mitarbeiterin war außerordentlich unfreundlich und barsch in ihrem Verhalten. Auch zwei weitere Mitarbeiterinnen von LH kannten sich nicht mit den bestehenden Regeln aus. Es ist wirklich traurig, was aus der Lufthansa geworden ist. Da geht es nur noch bergab.
