Sehr unkulant. Hatte etwas gekauft was bei mir nicht funktionierte, wollte es umtauschen. Wird aber nur gemacht wenn die Ware noch originalverpackt ist. Was natürlich nicht der Fall ist wenn man Sie verwendet hat. Andere Geschäfte sind hier wesentlich kulanter.
