One of the best and friendly employer I have ever worked with!

Some days after sending my resume to Perform Services I was contacted to work with them.. and I don’t regret applying for the job because as a Mum it’s difficult to find a job suitable for me because of my kids.
The first days of work was a bit stressful because you have to get use to the Warehouse and know where the stuff are in order to finish in time.
But luckily I received training and I continue to learn.
It’s gets better each and every day.
I’m very happy and satisfied to be working with them.

I am so happy to join here. Working environment is cool, peer colleagues are so friendly and cooperative. I didn’t find any hierarchy that has negative impact on smooth working. Though I don’t have any direct face to face connection with the officials, I always found them cooperative and responsive to issues I raised to know. Good company to work... Friendly team, flexible schedule, it is possible to work without speaking german (only with english). All the scheduling and payment is online, so it is easy to inform them your working time restrictions and also to check your schedules, worked hours and payments...

Die Perform Service Gmbh steht mir bei der Suche und Besetzung einer Vollzeitkraft zur Seite. Bis zur Einstellung werden die Aufgaben interimsweiße für die nächsten 6-12 Monate von den Mitarbeitern abgedeckt und die neue Fachkraft, dann direkt eingelernt von den erfahrenen Kräften der Perfom Service Gmbh. Als Arbeitnehmerin habe ich die flexiblen Arbeitszeiten sehr zu schätzen gelernt!

Während der Coronazeit war ich leider in Kurzarbeit. Bei Perform habe ich schnell und unkompliziert eine Stelle als Warenverräumer gefunden. Die Kommunikation war immer super und professionell. Ich habe dort gerne gearbeitet, das Team im Markt war ebenfalls klasse. Die Aufgaben waren ok, aber als ungelernte Arbeitskraft auch gut bezahlt. Von Zeitarbeit hatte ich immer ein schlechtes Bild. Perform ist ist anders und ich kann sie nur empfehlen.

Sehr guter und netter Arbeitgeber der jeden eine Chance gibt ! Man fühlt sich wohl und wird super aufgenommen. So ein freundliches Arbeitsumfeld findet man selten.
