It was such a pleasure to visit the Tumi store in Ingolstadt. Our sales lady was so patient with us even though we showed up right before closing. She brought out options from the back and helped us find the perfect set that we desperately needed to travel the next day and the prices were great too! She was kind enough to also engrave every piece with our initials which was such a nice touch!
We also reached out to this location via email weeks later to help with the airport VAT process and they responded right away.

The shops assistant was a woman, she was very kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. Sadly I forgot the name. If there is any other promotion I will definitely come back.

I had a great experience with the staff who were really accommodating. I chose a black double expansion bag, and they even got a fresh one from their stock for me. However, when I got home, I realized they gave me a carryall tote by mistake instead of the double expansion. I'm currently in Taiwan; is there any way I can exchange it for the right bag?

The ladies at the store are very helpful and speak English. Although I didn't end up buying, I was treated very well with all the information shared in the best manner. Appreciate the high quality service.
