Exceptionally friendly staff. Really enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are great. Hotel has own garage and the restaurant is really nice with light and open views. Good assortment of foods.

I did not take a room there but the person at the reception was very kind to help me out in a difficult situation. Thank you!

Very pleasant hotel. Excellent service, clean rooms, good location, plenty of good parking. The restaurant is fine but not exceptional.

Stayed here for a week. The room was very modern with shower, wash hand basin and toilet incorporated into one room, although the toilet had a door for privacy, but the shower just had a frosted glass door. I didn't mind it but not to everyone's taste. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The location was near the centre of the town. Parking was restricted outside the hotel, but there was a large public car park just opposite. You could opt for the underground parking at an extra cost. Being right hand drive I had some difficulty showing my card for entry and exit. I enjoyed my stay and would use the Rilano again.

We were actually lucky. On Friday we could enjoy live music at Vitello on the ground floor and the day after was a concert outside. We already decided we will come back one day.

Close to everything, easy in house parking, nice renovated rooms and we are yet to experience the shower first thing tomorrow...

Loved the rooms, and I stay in a lot of different hotels. Bright, pretty spacious and airy. Big comfy bed.
Only negative point was continually catching my legs on the wood underneath the desk.
Extremely slow/nonexistent free internet, but ok if you pay €3 per day, or €5 for two days.
Other than that, great. Didn’t want to leave!

Stayed recently at this hotel. The hotel is situated close to bus station and shops. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly. Bedroom was good size and there was also a small fridge in the room.

From the amazingly kind persons on the phone during the reservation, untill our leave everything was perfect. One minus were the pillows on the bed. Double pillows would be nice. a baby-bed was set up for our daughter with a nice toy for her when we arrived. The rooms were beautifull and very clean. The staff very friendly. The hotel has water on one side and a street on the other ( the street isnt noisy because its a dead end street from one side.) The centre of Kleve is app. 100 meters or less, so a few steps over a bridge and you are in the middle of shops, bakeries and restaurants. We didn't use the breakfast or restaurant, but we got very hungry when we smelled the flavours coming out of the kitchen. furthermore a balcony with hanging ashtray is available for smokers. The kind of weird thing was that the balcony extended over several rooms. But...people can't use the elevator up, without using your room card. that's a nice security thing. You get 4 free beverages in your minibar, where you sometimes have to pay up to 6 Euro at other hotels. Our opinion is therefor: a big 10-, bcs of the pillows.

I would reccomend Rilano to everyone.

Excelent hotel, only thing missing that was a usb charger.
Great big rooms, modern, full glass shower in middle of the room, cheap mini bar.
Last time in July, service was below any expectation!!

I enjoyed to stay at the Rilano, it is one of the best hotel that I have stayed. Rooms are very nice with comfortable bed. The restaurant and bar provide a warm welcome with a great selection of drink and foods.

The staff is very friendly and professional.

An excellent upmarket modern newly built & well kept 4* hotel.
Free/ cheap parking available just across the main road. Hotel Parking is criminally expensive. But not required if you opt to park your car just across the road.

Nice, clean, comfy hotel, well situated in Kleve. Good breakfast, interesting rooms.

Good hotel rooms. Very spacious but front dresk could be a little more friendlier. Say good morning to guest who goes in etc. All in all a good affordable hotel

The rooms are very nice and comfortable, well isolated from noise and weather temperatures. The personnel is very kind and speak very good English. Excellent relation price / quality.

Nice hotel right in downtown area. Great options for food choices, although for the town area, most restaraunts/cafes close around 7 pm, the hotel had there own restaurant which was convenient and affordable.
