Liegt in einem unauffälligen kleinen polnischen Spezialitätenladen. Der Service war in Ordnung.

The company’s service is very, very bad, you can’t take a quarter of a star, I sent a shawl with them weighing 100 g. Der Service der Firma ist sehr, sehr schlecht, man kann keinen Viertelstern nehmen, ich habe einen 100 g schweren Schal mitgeschickt. Sie nahmen 15 Euro, dann kam ein Monat unterwegs nicht an, und wir haben sie viel kontaktiert und dann sagten sie, es sei im Versandzentrum, wir liefern es nicht nach Hause. Ich gehe und bekomme es, bisher ist es nicht angekommen kann dieses Paket nicht finden

Beim Hermes Paketshop Hagsche Str. 31 ist einiges sehr komisch!

Adresse im Internet stimmt nicht mit der Hermes internen Nummer überein. Heißt Pakete werden direkt zurück in die Zentrale geschickt wenn man mal nicht da ist!

Außerdem wird man um kurz nach 8 heraus geworfen obwohl in den Öffnungszeiten 21:00 Uhr steht!

Dann lieber einen vernünftigen Versanddienstleister wählen!
