Part1: These people never came to deliver a package to my place, neither a QR code nor a letter was left in my mailbox but they want me to somehow pick it up from this Packstation.
Part2:
Useless customer service. No toll free number. The webpage you quoted in reply to my review is garbage. Just robots talk, no humans spoke when I called your customer care number.
Part3: These people left a letter at my letter box to pick up a box after I picked up the box at the Packstation!
Part4: Successively twice excellent and friendly delivery service unexpectedly! Increasing your rating from 1 to 4 stars because of this.
