Buyer beware!
I ordered a dog collar in 2021 from this company through Etsy. SIX months later Andrea ( owner) sent me a message saying they were so sorry for the hold up and they were sending it. The collar never arrived. Because it took so long I was not able to file through at ETSY or PayPal because it was more than 100 days after purchase. I contacted the owner with a kind email explaining I had never received my product and asked for a refund or to please send the collar, and she responded that if I contacted her again she would sue me for harassment. Do not buy from this company if you want to get a product.
