Ich hatte als Weihnachtsgeschenk 2 × Bettwäsche gekauft (Größe 140 + 80x80)! Wir haben dann allerdings beim Auspacken bemerkt, dass in einem Päckchen der Kopfkissen Bezug fehlt; der Umtausch im Markt in 77839 Lichtenau lief problemlos ab; leider gab es die Bettwäsche nicht mehr! Die nette Mitarbeiterin rief aber im Markt in 77815 Bühl - dort war sie noch verfügbar; die Ware wurde für mich zurück gelegt und ich konnte sie dort nachmittags abholen! Vielen Dank für den Service ☺
