Eagle’s Nest Souvenirs

I find it odd that the reviews are bad for the gift shop. It definitely was not my experience.
Both ladies working were great, it somehow came out that it was my birthday and the older lady gave me some free gifts and Schnapps.
If/when I do the Tour again, I will most definitely stop in for more souvenirs.

I have got to go here, this experience alone sounds like it's worth the trip!

Would give a zero if I could. Lady at the counter was unpleasant and rude, yelled at me just for touching one of the books. Claimed she couldn't sell it because of what I did and told me I had no respect. Maybe don't run a souvenir shop if you don't want customers to buy your goods!

I was inclined to buy something but saleswoman was very rude. I was shoved away for simply touching the shirts to feel the quality. I recommend the store on the mountain instead.

Love Berchtesgaden and the eagles nest, But a huge turn off in Eagles nest souvenir shop by the bus departure! Lady running the desk is rude and un professional.

The sales women was extremely rude and impolite. I feel offended when she falsely accused me taking pictures inside the souvenir shop and kick me out of the shop, which indeed I was checking bus schedule using my phone. If you have a cell phone, do not enter this store unless you want to know how a grumpy, menopause women looks like.

The lady who works here has no respect towards customers. Extremely rude person. Never seen such rude behavior in a tourist shop before.

Also: Card only allowed if you buy for more than 20€. No fotos allowed. Super weird.

Very angry and rude lady manages this shop. Getting yelled at and threaten to call the police and cancel your tickets for just looking at your phone. She doesn’t deserve to be working with people. Please don’t spend your money in here. There are lots of nice places with awesome people.
To the lady that yelled at me: You need a communication and anger management course at very least!

I am not normally one for a negative review but wow is this lady rude, if I could give a zero star review I would! I won’t waffle on as everyone else before me has left basically the same review I will but my one bit of advice to the shop keeper is maybe look into a new job because this one clearly isn’t for you.

The sales lady was extremely rude. There is no place to put your bag down to pay and the lady yells at you for paying with small coins???. I put my bag down on the counter and she got mad at me and made me pay for a book. And my son got 4 postcards that would be 80 cents and she made me pay one euro and got mad at me for counting to make sure we didn’t get 5.

Was yelled at for browsing t-shirts that were on the clothes rack. "Why must you touch!"

Very strange. Was shouted at by the saleslady because I "tried to look at the tshirts closely without asking for help". Got my souvenirs from the top of the mountain instead.

The worst store in Germany. A woman shouting like a witch. Wanna give rating less than 0.1 star🤬

The seller put me out of the store for accidentally touching the goods, didn’t give me anything to buy. I honestly wanted to buy a souvenir for memory of this place.

No single pleasent word heard from “lady” working there. Very arrogant 🧌

Es ist unfassbar schwierig sachlich zu bleiben.
Die alte Tresentante hatte ein Auftreten, dazu fehlen mir die Worte …

Dieser Laden hat absolut gar nichts mit einem Souvenir-Laden zu tun, denn er ist maßlos vollgestopft mit billigen Produkten. Es ist nicht einmal ein Verkaufstresen zu erkennen, da auch hier alles zugestellt ist.

Doch die absolute Krönung zeigt sich beim bezahlen. Beim etwas längeren heraussuchen von Kleingeld verließ die Tresentante wortlos ihren Platz und ging in die hinterste Ecke vom Laden. Zurückgekommen wollten wir endlich bezahlen und sie brachte uns entgegen, dass sie das braune Geld nicht will und schmiß uns darauf aus dem Laden. Sie kam hinter dem Tresen hervor und drängte uns raus.

Es ging lediglich um 2 -> 5 Cent Stücke bei einem Preis von 2,50 €.

Nach einem kurzen Wortgefecht mussten wir den Laden verlassen.

Kauft eure Andenken auf dem Berg! Diese sind ausnahmslos hochwertiger.
