I'm very happy with my purchase, the laptop is really well built and fast, just what I needed for heavy 3D rendering tasks, while the delivery took exactly the amount of time that I had been informed. The company was also very kind to provide free bonus items like a gaming mouse and mouse pad, a laptop cooling fun, and several packages of haribo gummies :-) They also provided a free monitor upgrade, since the one I had initially ordered happened to be out of stock. I feel very grateful for this really pleasant overall experience, and I would definitely order from them again!

Very quick service and nice storefront. Glad I was able to purchase a replacement display cable (laptop) as the repair was easy but the service quote was 250€. Fixed it in 40 minutes and 35€ worth of materials.

I am waiting for clarification on my preorder for a potential refund...had good experience with the company before. They had a holiday break, a lot of orders/e-mails probably pooled up. Update: The product was not available, but after discussion they sent an even better one. ;)

Just received a custom built Clevo-X170-KMG. The laptop seems well built and works well under heavy rendering tasks in unreal engine.
The company has a few issues after the impact of COVID, so it arrived after 20 days, however they were kind enough to upgrade me to RTX 3070 from 3060, and threw in some haribo to the box which was a nice treat. The packaging was good so you should feel reassured about the international shipping. They are a small company that offer a unique service, and it feels like they are getting back on track, which is good to see. I would buy from them again in future.

Ich habe kürzlich einen Computer bei CLEVO Computer gekauft und bin absolut zufrieden mit meiner Entscheidung. Von der Beratung bis zum Kaufprozess war alles top. Der Kundenservice ist hervorragend, und die Qualität des Computers übertrifft meine Erwartungen. Die Leistung ist ausgezeichnet, und das Gerät läuft sehr leise. Es war alles super. Ich wurde auf dem Stand der Bestellung gehalten, bekam dann auch eine Sendungsnummer. Der Laptop kam gut verpackt an mit allen Extras. Sogar die original Verpackung vom RAM und Festplatte lagen bei, sowie CD und USB Stick mit allen Treibern. Aber es war auch schon alles vorinstalliert. Wirklich sehr sehr gut.

Einziger kleiner Manko ist, das man die Support Hotline nicht erreicht und mails lange brauchen bis gar nicht beantwortet werden. Tipp: über die Handynummer und WhatsApp erreicht man den Shop aber sehr gut.
