I ordered a pair of OMP Champ R's in wich I didn't fit in properly. So I called their service wich was friendly and they helped me out to exchange them for bigger seats. Very good service I'll definetly shop here again.

Neuer Anzug, alter Look 😊
Wie immer hat es super geklappt. Bei der Farbe wussten wir schon, dass wir mit einer längeren Lieferzeit rechnen müssen, da wir dieses Farbenproblem schon vor zwei Jahren hatten. Da wurde uns noch eine Farbalternative angeboten, die sofort lieferbar war, aber überhaupt nicht mit den Vorstellungen von unserem Sohn kompatibel waren. Dieses mal habe ich gleich dazu geschrieben, dass keine Alternativen angeboten werden müssen 🤣 Seit Bestellung sind jetzt 16 Tage vergangen, angegebene LZ waren 2-5 Wochen, und ich hab an einem Sonntag bestellt. Was soll ich sagen, klasse Service. Wenn der Anzug wieder zu klein wird, wird wieder bei euch bestellt.

Ich kann Sandtler zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Die Beratung ist fachmännisch und kompetent. Es wird sich sehr viel Zeit genommen, um das richtige Produkt zu finden und man bekommt nichts aufgeschwatzt, was man nicht benötigt. Ich bin absolut zufrieden und komme sehr gern wieder!
