This boutique has the best customer service ever. I am writing this review after we went to another shop in Berlin. The service in Berlin store was horrible, here it was super! I don’t have the lady’s name, but she was Russian speaking and I am truly thankful for her help.

This is so far the BEST Hermes store I have ever walked in, although I wasn’t able to get the purse I wanted, but the tall gentleman that works here had respectfully greeted me and patiently explained to me that how the system work and why the display is not for sale, of course we all know, but I have never walked into a Hermes store where the SA would ever kindly explain the situation without making me feel like a moron for stepping into the shop. Hermes should hire him to teach all the worldwide Hermes shops SA for costumer service training. We are here to spend money after all and would like to feel happy inside and out. Wish I had took down the gentlemans name. He’s on the tall and skinny side. Thank you 😊

Really great experience at Hermes Mdm Bethane if I’m not mistaken was really courteous and found the shoe fit and beanie. If you’re nice they may offer you something you can’t refuse 🫣

We had travel trouble Lufthansa wouldn't agree to help us with, and the lovely staff members of Hermes went out of their way to aid us. We also purchased a beautiful tie. Outstanding service!

Good advice on goods and remarkable service, the SA who served me even ran after me during her break to check on me, when she thought I had forgotten to take my shopping bag with me (I had packed into my suitcase).

Ich kaufe hier bestimmt schon seit 15 Jahren ein. Immer schon ein super nettes und sehr zuvorkommendes Team und eine prima Auswahl aus dem Hermès Sortiment! Leider fliege ich seltener und komme daher nicht mehr so oft vorbei. Wenn ich fliege versuche ich aber definitiv immer Zeit für einen Besuch einzuplanen.

Eine ausgezeichnete Beratung und sehr zuvorkommender Behandlung. In diesen Store können Waren aus bestellt werden.
