Unbelievable bad service. Our daughter got a baby stroller from friends. It looks nice, and is actually quite big. However, one of the wheels broke after a few months. I have contacted the company for a spare wheel. That was almost 3 months ago. They keep asking for a tag. There is only a single tag on this baby stroller, and that has no order number. I went through their homepage and told them what model it was. They still want the order number. I had sent them pictures with the first emails. They still want more pictures. This is going on for 3 months. Seriously, they have no interest in fixing the stroller and good service. Just respond to an email with weeks delay and ask for the same stuff over and over. Totally annoying!
