Eigentlich wollte ich mir ein paar Schuhe kaufen. Allerdings hat mir das Verhalten der Mitarbeiterin überhaupt nicht gepasst. Als erste Handlung von ihr, wurden wir aufgefordert, doch unseren schon angeleinten Hund kürzer zu halten (es waren aber keine weiteren Menschen zugegen). Und die zweite Handlung war das ignorieren von Kunden im Geschäft. Es geht besser!

Leider niemand telefonisch noch per Mail erreichbar um Probleme zu klären.
Im Laden mit Karte bezahlt, Tage später als Lastschrift gebucht aber ohne Name, Standort oder Artikel auf der Lastschrift erkennbar. Per Mail angeschrieben, keine Reaktion. Betrag der Lastschrift auf Konto überwiesen.... Tage später den Betrag ohne Kommentar zurück erhalten. Jetzt Inkassobüro obwohl der Betrag gezahlt wurde.
