Loved this place for their excellent customer service, being able to try teas we were interested in before purchasing them, beautiful decor, great selection of teas, attractive packaging, and very reasonable prices. I recommended this to friends and they loved it too.

Très beau et bon magasin de thé à Hamburg. Le service est parfait, à peine rentré nous sommes accueillis avec des tasses de thé. Nous avons pu goûter différents thés et le personnel s’est empressé de répondre à toutes nos questions.
L’endroit est cosy, on peut s’y asseoir pour boire son thé et lire.
Un incontournable pour les théophiles !

Der Store in Hanseviertel ist einer der schönsten, den ich bisher gesehen habe. Sehr erfahrene und herzliche Mitarbeiter:innen! Unser Highlight war das spannende Teetasting! Wir haben viel gelernt und wurden super beraten- gerne wieder :)

Schöner Laden in dem man entspannt Tee kaufen und probieren kann. Wir schauen das nächste Mal sicher wieder vorbei 😀

Der neue Store sieht echt super aus!
Paper & Tea ist ja eh eine super Marke mit hochwertigen puren Tees, Kräuter Aufgüssen oder aromatisierten tees.
Was ich an dem Layout hier jetzt schätze is einfach die Größe und eine gemütlichere Teebar. Also einfach mal vorbei schnuppern und ein paar Tassen trinken!

An expensive (around €25-30 for a can) and rather small collection of tea. That's fine, but the rude staff that seemed offended that we knew about tea already was not, they stalked us around the store until we left. Would not recommend.

Really nice tea shop in Hamburg, but unfortunatly the guy at the counter was rude and arrogant. i didn't understand the name of a tea and he answered me in a rude mood.
People like this should not be in public-facing jobs.
i wont go to this shop anymore.
