While rebuilding a Pasquini Livia 90 purchased on the internet that was not in as good condition as had been posted, I’d exhausted every possible service/parts provider in the States for help to no avail. I was told parts were no longer available or out of stock indefinitely. Or worse my inquiries were never answered. Warily, I looked across the pond and thankfully found Avola. Avola’s service is unparalleled. They were able to provide parts no one else could locate (even those I was told were no longer available) and, when out of stock, were able to assure me an actual restock date! Avola was always willing to answer questions no matter how simple or to troubleshoot when things got complex. They also have staff who can help those unable to converse in German. This is an excellent company who can get you on your way expediently.

Amazing Service, shipping to UK took only 3 days. I have an ECM Synchronika and they have the largest selection and best overview with searchable diagram breakdowns of every machine imagineable. Best replacement part i.d. system I have seen of any online shop, period! Called for advice and they knew my machine (as they service machines as well), helped diagnose the problem, helped with alternative parts for better longevity (LM vacuum breaker in this case and stainless T connector as ECM plastic piece has issues) and made suggestions on how to install the part and improve reliability. Prices are fair, more reasonable than most UK shops even with shipping. Highly recommend!!

Auf der Suche nach einem qualifizierten Händler für Torre Siebträgermaschinen stieß ich auf Salvatore Avola und sein Team in Wuppertal. Von der ersten Mail über die Feinabstimmung mit Torre in Mailand samt Maßanfertigung nach meinen Wünschen bis zur Lieferung nach Österreich mit Spedition hat alles völlig unkompliziert geklappt. Habe hier die Profitec Go Espressomaschine bestellt. Entscheid für den Shop weil günstigster Preis. Sehr überrascht hat mich, dass der Service nach der Bestellung vorbildlich war. Die gewünschte Farbe hätte 2-3 Wochen Lieferfrist gehabt. Ich wurde umgehend kontaktiert mit dem Angebot, sofort eine andere Farbe, welche Vorort verfügbar ist zu liefern. DANKE. Ich hatte die Mechanik meiner Gastro-Handhebelmaschine runtergerockt und zur Reparatur eingeschickt. Die Leute verstehen ihr Handwerk. Übrigens auch als Ersatzteillieferant zu empfehlen.

Mit den 5 Sterne Bewertungen bei Google verhält es sich ähnlich wie mit den 3 Sternen beim Guide Michelin: Fast unmöglich zu bekommen aber noch schwieriger, sie zu halten. Da kann ich nur sagen "weiter so!" Schneller, besser und netter geht es nicht.
