Even though it's a small DM, it's my favourite in Germany. I don't know what the vibe of this shop is, but somehow it hasn't lost its wonderful charm like other DM shops that have such low shelves and it's hard to find anything in them. That's not a problem here at all. I also love the service in this shop, it's nice and always helpful.

Earlier this morning I had the most exceptional buying experience in DM in Heidelberg. Young man working over there this morning was responsible for this and thanks to the customer care he obviously breathes and lives, that goes above and beyond any expectations, this DM will be my only destination for buying beauty products. On top of this, I was taught a valuable lesson: "We are the ones making the difference!" We surely are, thanks so much for helping me remember :)

Amazing and attractive place for tourist, quality of their products are amazing, price is reasonable, no public washroom, parking is big challange here, but easy access to public transport , No handicap access, Customer service/ sales associates are very friendly, nice polite and professional, never wait, very convenient,

Ich habe gerade bemerkt, dass meine vorherige Bewertung in die falsche dm-Filiale geraten ist. Die ursprüngliche Bewertung war eigentlich für die andere Filiale in der Hauptstraße gedacht.

Deshalb habe ich die Bewertung gelöscht und möchte stattdessen ein Lob an die Mitarbeiter dieser Filiale aussprechen.

Ich hatte hier ausschließlich positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Eine Kassiererin war besonders freundlich und brachte immer ein Lächeln mit. Habe mich hier immer sehr wohl gefühlt.

Natürlich ist diese Filiale im Vergleich zu der neuen dm-Filiale auf der Hauptstraße etwas kleiner und enger. Aber das liegt nicht in der Hand der Mitarbeitende.

Praktisch gelegen am Bismarckplatz. Immer 2 Kassen besetzt, hier geht es immer sehr zügig. Grosses Angebot mit viel Platz trotz Innenstadt Lage. Alles sehr sauber. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.
