Ich bin enttäuscht von der Arbeit. Ich habe aufgrund einer akuten Verletzung auf Rezept bestellt, dabei wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich sie in 2 spätestens 5 Werktagen abholen kann. Jetzt, nach 7 Werktagen und mehrfachen Nachfragen kann noch keine Aussage getroffen werden wann die Bestellung da ist oder wo sie sich gerade befindet.

Leider nie telefonisch zu erreichen. Nach mehrfachem versprechen , dass zurück gerufen wird, wird sich nicht daran gehalten. Anrufbeantworter wird ignoriert.
