Slow. We take it Monday, they say Friday. Awesome, until I get there Friday afternoon and it's not ready and they say another day. Happened multiple occasions. Pretty much every time really.

Consistently fail to meet deadlines. Every time I arrive at the day/time they say alterations will be complete they have said "come back tomorrow" or "come back late afternoon". They do a good job with alterations but cannot be depended upon in a pinch

The worst clothing and sales store I’ve experienced out of 4 installations I have been to. Any high volume item that any 2CR soldier regularly needs is always out of stock for months on end. Examples: color/Velcro 2CR patches, Stetsons, unit ribbons, 3/2 Wolfpack pt shirts, etc. Whenever you do find an item they may have you can expect 30 minute lines. A very poorly managed store, maybe time to fire someone?
