(I Edited my review. Read the last!) They sold me a Lyca SIM Card and told me I have to activate it on my own. I followed the steps like shown on that info sheet (SMS 112 to 3535 / the 20 GB Plan). The result is, now I have a totally different Data Plan I don't need. I went back to these guys and told them what happened as and they just said it's my fault... No.. I disagree... Edit: A couple of hours later I found out what happened! They gave me an old Data Plan Sheet from last year! It says: "Das Neukunden Angebot gilt vom 07.10.2022 bis 31.12.2022." These are clearly fraudulent business methods and I handover this Case to my lawyer. Stay away from this shop. They are crooks!
